Project Overview

Like a lot of our clients, the Town of Bolton, Connecticut came to us with an outdated website that was both hard to manage and hard to use.  Their old website was powered by the GovOffice CMS and it wasn't user-friendly or easy to update pages.

We redesigned their website to be more modern, re-organized the navigation so that it's easier to find content, and added a lot of functionality that they didn't have before. The entire website is managed and powered by our BranchCMS platform.

Some of the new things that we designed and built include:

• A custom map on the home page to show the different municipal buildings in Bolton.
• A unique calendar of events that allows the community to submit events.
• News and calendar feeds that can be customized for individual pages. See the library page as an example.
